does anyone have reading schedule?

Part of the reason I haven’t kept up with the plan is that there’s too much O.T. and not enough N.T. I’m going to change that. Also, I think I’m going to give up on lock-pace timing; instead of 1 chapter per day, I’m going to allow for 1 portion per day or multiple chapters per day depending on what is speaking to me in a particular passage.
I won’t catch up this year, but I’ll start working on this once school is over and I will finish reading through the Bible at the time I had originally planned. I happy to have a plan—it feels better than leaving it all to chance.
I never get to it in the morning. If I were willing to pack my lunch the night before, I might have some time in the mornings. But at night, I want some leisure. I resent working all the live-long day only to have more to do’s on my list at home. What with cooking dinner, washing dishes, school work, and a little leisure, I’m not very willing to set aside time for Bible reading too. It’s a lousy attitude I admit and doesn’t honor God or benefit me or anyone else in the end. But sometimes I get so sick of all the demands that life makes. I want to run away. If I would just chip away at this a little at a time, I could still make my goal before the year ends, but with school, in all honesty I probably won’t push myself. So, I’ll probably have to revise my goal for the coming year and I may as well quit burdening myself with guilt I’m not going to respond to anyway.
But I don’t plan to try catching up until I’m out of the class I’m currently taking.
