I basically have my right split it’s litterly _ that far off the ground and my left split is _______ like that far, i need to get both heel stretches and i need to be able to do a scorpion and bow and arrow for flying (cheerleading)

Hatti3 has really bad wanderlust.
i’ve been steadily getting better at this, particularly going over into a bridge from standing. i just need to learn how to get back up, last time i did it i tried to get up and promptly flipped myself over, landing in a crumpled heap of limbs. we were all in hysterics, it was just so sudden you had to laugh.
anyway, really close on the splits as well. just need to stretch a bit more. reckon i could have in a week maybe, if i practise.

i will have achieved this when:
1) I can do the splits
2) I can do the scorpion pose in yoga
thing is, i am fairly flexible to begin with, it’s just getting into the habit of stretching regularly. time to get cracking!

i’d like to become more flexible and work up to being so flexible that i can do the splits and various advanced yoga poses as well. this is kind of the umbrella goal for all that.
I can do the splits every way, and even oversplits on my right leg, but still cannot do a heel stretch or a scorp very easily…that’s why I want to get more flexible
I want to get more flexible to perfect my cheer jumps. My legs are kinda flexible. I want to be able to do a toe touch jump, scorpion, & split.
I want to get more flexible so I can do gymnastics easier!! My shoulders are SO BAD!!!
Everyone has different reasons why they want to get more flexible, and the reason why i did, was because i can get better at my toe touches for cheerleading. once i got it i felt so accomplished!
