find a dentist and go

sooooo I finally went to the dentist Monday. Apparently sometime in the past two years I’ve been grinding my teeth in my sleep :( Other than that, my teeth are totally top notch and in awesome shape. Hooray!

I chose a dentist in my neighborhood, talked to human resources, called my dental insurance and named a provider. yay!

Step three is to get an appointment scheduled, but said provider is not answering the phone… bad sign! sigh

1. Pick a dentist in my neighborhood from the insurance catalog
2. Go to human resources and officially name the dentist I want
3. Once paperwork is approved, schedule an appointment
4. Go get my teeth cleaned
5. Probably second appointment for a little cavity I know I have

I have not been to the dentist since six months before I moved to Chicago… That makes 18 months of mistreating my mouth, my favorite part of my body! I mean, it eats, it talks, it kisses, it catches snowflakes…. I should be more dedicated in return for all its goodness. :)
