I went to the Dr again, and my blood pressure was 90/60 after 15 minutes of powerwalking up a hill. Sigh. I don’t know if I’ll ever get this done…

My dr. took my blood pressure today: 100/60 = improvement! Last time it was 90/50, which is practically dead, haha. If it gets any higher I might be able to accomplish this goal…
