Now I can do these against a wall but still need someone to help me get into position. Once up, I can go over 5 minutes in reasonable comfort. So, first up, I need to work towards getting up against the wall (and coming back down) by myself.

I’ve always wanted to be able to do.
I have done headstands on the wall before.. But I am going to try the handstand technique.. Then I might be able to do it much much more easily. Look at learn to do a handstand to see the technique that I wrote.. :D
