Buy some luscious raspberries to indulge myself with

I was just about ready to give up on this goal. Raspberries were few and far between in any produce department and what were around were overpriced and not really ripe.

Then, as I was walking through the shopping centre to buy some groceries, I passed a small fruit and vegetable shop. And there, out the front, was what I had been searching for! I consequently completed all my shopping there.

I ate a few of my luscious raspberries this afternoon when I got home. The first thing to hit me was the smell, so rich and raspberry-y! Then the colour, that gorgeous deep red-pink. I savoured the entire experience.

Raspberries are one of my favourite fruits, but I don’t get to eat them very often. I’ve started wondering why, especially with all the banter between Evenstar and Ardilla.

Part of it is that raspberries are rather expensive, but I think I can manage it for a one-off treat.
