    Worth doing!

myself and knowing that sometimes I move at a “slower” pace it one key in having patience with myself. Sometimes I get caught up in the energy of a moment and I find myself so frustrating. My inabilities and differences. I breathe and allow myself to take my time…
But there is still work to do and 3wajumau3 will continue work on this.

that if I don’t have patience with myself, I won’t accomplish as much. Say that I want to accomplish something… but if I come up with reasons why the task will be difficult for me (and me in particular), then I won’t have the patience with myself to stick with the task (and myself) and allow the learning process to take hold.
I realize that that is what prevents me from accomplishing a lot… the fact that I won’t allow myself to teach myself…
I need to give myself a break
