A lovable yarn store in Kent went out of business, and was selling pretty much everything for 50% off. I stocked up a bit, not as much as I wanted too.
I did give some of this yarn away in a yarn stash, and just used up 4.5 skeins for the scarves I knitted.

1 – I’m dreading doing Guenevere (the secret of the stole project), and right now I’m not big on adding more things I don’t want to do.
2 – When I moved I found a whole lotta yarn. Ravelry is making it easy to find projects for it.
I also have the stitch’n’bitch page a day calendar. I started a hat project from it yesterday and finished it today using only yarn from my stash.

I’m very close to giving up on this goal so that I can take on another charity project.

scarf for my daughter
scarf for my daughter’s teacher (by Thursday!) (gave it to my mother instead)
3 more scarves – I had intended them to be Christmas gifts but the timing doesn’t look good for that. (might decide to use this yarn for one project instead of the three scarves)
mittens for daughter (bought new yarn because I lost the old pattern)
secret of the stole stole (needs to be started over)
turtleneck sweater for myself

I want to knit up some of my huge yarn stash. I have made quite a lot of knitted items this year but the stash isn’t going down any. I just can’t help adding to it.
So much gorgeous yarn, so little time!
