finally got a road bike – decided I need to switch it up a bit cause running is really taking a toll on my feet. Anyway – I feel like I’ve found a new love! What a sense of freedom and accomplishment you get when you’re logging the miles out in the fresh air! So now that I’ve logged about a hundred miles – I want to get better! I probably avg about 16mph and usually go ~15 miles – but I want to get BETTER! I think I need a book or something….have no idea how to increase my speed/strength..
