have laparoscopic gallbladder surgery

i was alreaady in the chronic cholecystitis stage, and i can say it was totally worth it. the first night is bad, but after that, it’s a breeze. i was walking around town on the third day.

Was having pains at night and I had to have my gallbladder removed. Was not very painful at all. I was sore for a week or so due to the three small incisions (one visible scar) but no problems. I can eat with no worries!!! I love pizza all over again!! Uh, if I eat really greasy food though…it will pass through my system quickly. Other than that fun, fun, fun!! Only downside are the insurance adjustments that tend to take place months after surgery. I ended up paying about $700.00 worth in medical bills. The other $20,000.00 was covered by Aetna.
