The same pattern that I saw at my last company, and at the last two companies I worked for, is emerging : only about half of my eBay customers leave feedback. ARGH! I need a feedback score of 100 to qualify for eBay express and I am stuck at 92.
All is not lost, I already have several repeat customers (if someone has already left you feedback on eBay, your score will not go up if they buy again). Lots of customers, several repeat customers – Fantastic.
