The same pattern that I saw at my last company, and at the last two companies I worked for, is emerging : only about half of my eBay customers leave feedback. ARGH! I need a feedback score of 100 to qualify for eBay express and I am stuck at 92.

All is not lost, I already have several repeat customers (if someone has already left you feedback on eBay, your score will not go up if they buy again). Lots of customers, several repeat customers – Fantastic.

eBay is putting a great deal of money into advertising eBay Express on TV and Radio.

Basically eBay Express is a forum for store listings and fixed priced listings. It appeals to the people who don’t want to wait for an auction to close.

Major criteria : the item must be new

Once the store is a part of eBay express I’ll have that much more exposure. 6 years ago
