I’m insane… where’s the pen? Oh my gosh, we forgot to get glasses to smash…. quick, call one of the kids…. what? that line about grooms in the Sheva Brachot, what to do?... dress? my dress isn’t awful, is it, honey?.... did we arrange for the guests to get to the service?... did I print out the vows in large print so that fifty something eyes can read them under stress?... ack…

First out of town guest arrives at 5:15 today. I’m so jazzed…
and now I have to go run errands!

The people start arriving this afternoon. We have a big barbecue tomorrow (and have to provide transportation for the out-of-towners). It begins!

Champagne…check. Whew. Hard to find champagne—something about watch out for gray market. Today I had to negotiate with the cafe owner as to when we could drop off the champagne. Three hours later, the liquor store called to say the case has arrived.
Tailored suit, check.
Cake ordered, check.
Evite is still working. It’s all falling into place.

and most of the people have RSVP’d. Except for those who haven’t. (You know, the ones who think they might get a better offer, or who can’t figure out who they’ll take with them.)
