I’m going to leave it as a goal, because it really helps to have a reminder. Otherwise I tend to slip into nights that are too late, and not enough sleep. 6 years ago
at a decent hour is the key to meeting this goal. Keeping track of my nightly bedtime and waking hours helps too. I have made considerable progress. This summer I was staying up until 2-4 a.m. almost every night, and then sleeping until nine or ten a.m. I am now in bed between 9:30 p.m. and midnight.
In bed by 10 p.m. and up by 5-5:30 a.m. works the best. I get a lot of work done in the early morning hours. I always think I can stay up late and get work done, but the quantity and quality of the work aren’t what I expect from myself. 6 years ago
