Drinking water is great, your body loves it and by drinking more of it you’ll feel even better.
My goal is…to stop drinking pop for 1 month starting this morning after i brush my teeth.
And then after that I will only use Soda as an occansional refreasher or a privilage when I do good. More insentive to do good lol. But I will limit it to two a month or less even.

I’ve only been drinking pop like maybe twice a week when I go out to a restaurant or to the bar or whatever soo I’d say I’ve accomplished this goal. I bet I’m going to get sick of only drinking water again, but last time I lasted over a year before going back to pop so hopefully this time, it’ll be longer or not at all. 5 years ago

I’ve been doing way better with this goal as of lately. I’ve only been drinking water and milk and the occasional pop, maybe twice a week tops. 5 years ago

Going to school is helping with drinking more water, since I carry a bottle of water around with me. However…I’m starting to get those pop cravings and I totally forgot what those were like until today. haha 6 years ago

This is more of a necessity than anything, being that I have braces and a lot of dental problems. Blah. I successfully pulled this off a year or two again when I first started getting work done, but I’ve slacked off majorly since then. I think the first thing to do is to eliminate all pop from my house and buy a whole bunch of water instead. We’ll see how that goes… 6 years ago
