So over the last year I haven’t been too good about keeping off the poundage. My husband doesn’t help in this arena, for he cooks like a french chef… Also, admittedly I don’t have too much motivation, its something I think about often, but then I’m quickly distracted by something else. I would love to lose about 100 lbs. But over the course of a year. If anyone knows a froogle way of doing this, please share. It seems like losing weight costs more than putting it on, whats up with that??
I’m gonna start by walking & riding my bike daily, in the morning when I first wake up.
