I’m not ready for this right now. I’ll carry on as I am, and pick up in Spring. Since losing a lot of weight last year, I’ve not really noticed the problems I was experiencing before that, so I don’t think there’s a huge issue right now.

Being ill for three days, then on holiday for a day probably helped. Let’s see how well I do when I’m back at work next week.
One good thing, though, is that this includes eating out and takeaways in moderation. On each of the takeaways, I immediately halved my meal and put one half in a tupperware in the fridge. That became the following day’s lunch.

The long-term goals I have on weight loss aren’t doing the job, so I’ve added this timed and measurable goal. It equates to one pound per week and totals one stone.
