want to be a good mother

I have two children a boy and a girl. I would like to have another girl in a few years, but I would be happy with another little prince running around as well. I want to be a good mother, one thats there for her children, but not the one that the kids all like. That mother is not a mother she is a friend. I want to be the one that if their in trouble they CAN come to me. But I also want to teach them to stay out of trouble.
