i like being thick but hate being flabby 2 weeks ago

I need to loose some weight and tone up. I bought the game ea sports active for wii cause I heard good reviews. I’m taking the 30 day challenge and done 8 days so far. Lost one pound. I know it takes time to loose weight but its kinda discouraging to loose so slowly.

Not working 3 weeks ago

I wanted to loose 6 pounds this year, which is not much to loose in one whole year,but instead I’ve gained 4 more :(. I was doing a non-fast food diet to start with(haven’t had fries or burgers since the year starte!) and is going great, the problem is i’m not exercising enough. I like outdoor activities, but now that winter is coming… :( how to stay active??

Since march I have lost 15 pounds, and I am so happy about it! It has taken a lot of effort, but it totally worth it. Still I have to loose a lot of weight, about 40 pounds, but :D I am in the right track to achieve it!

I want to loose weight by being more conscience about what I am putting into my mouth. Eating more real food and less processed junk.

I always fight with my bf and it makes loose my appetite.

Sometimes, I eat once a day.
Sometimes, no food, just drink tea or juice.

I know it is unhealthy but now I can wear my favorite old jeans and pants. I am so happy and even feel healthier.

My goal is another -4kg

Well, it is quite interesting. I do walk, I do bike, I do excercise, I do eat a lot of veggies, I do eat a lot of fruits, I do not drink soda or eat junk food, I cook at home, I do not use car so often, but yes I do eat sweets (probably) everyday, and I still could move more. But I do not think sweets are such a horrible thing and I do not think spending half of my time on gym is my life goal. And yes I could loose some of my weight, (certainly) I am not skinny, but I am not close to any limits either. Frankly, I do not know how to do it without loosing fun with my little every day “sins”. The one solution is excercise more regularly, not like 6 months regular schedule and then 2 months of doing nothing. Happily, it is so nice and warm now, so it is easier to bike nearly every day. We will see…



I lost 20 lbs in 6 weeks 5 months ago

I used to eat way passed the point where I was full, and I would eat anything. If I wanted a milkshake and some cookies and some crackers- I would eat them all and not think about it. I also love to drink beer. I started slowly putting on weight and before I knew it, I was 20 lbs overweight. My clothes didn’t fit anymore and I was embarrassed to take my shirt off at the beach.
I had big plans for the summer coming up. My bikini model cousin was coming in from Brazil and she was bringing two of her friends with her, that were also models, so I wanted to be fit. It was time to hit the gym, but that didn’t seem to be enough. I wasn’t loosing weight. I worked out a lot but I didn’t have any good results. I then looked into some dietary supplements that could help me get an edge. I tried a few that didn’t seem to do anything. I researched some more and I found a product that I absolutely love called Nuphedrine. The product did what it said it would. I was totally surprised and totally happy.
I kept up my routine of eating better and exercising, and I ended up loosing 20lbs. I still have about 10 more pounds that I want to loose but I know I can do it.
I highly recommend Nuphedrine to anyone who needs to get an edge on loosing weight. They have a website that can explain it to you better than I ever could, so I recommend you look at it to see if it’s something you would want.

Stopped eating sweets and drinking less than before, but it’s not enough…

Not that I stopped. I’ve been stuck at home since December due to my University placement and my gym membership is with the Uni gym!
Back to Uni though now and I’ve went 3 times this week :-)
As well as taking a walk one day! :-)
If I don’t loose weight at least I should tighten up!
