close on the house with no major issues, and move into my own home!

Exhausting. I am actually about to take a nap to recover from it. My realtor is bugging me by callingme constantly to give me the combination to the lock box, but really, I don’t want to move stuff, I just want a nap.

I should have not had this goal as a dual goal. WIll replace it with a move goal….

I’m sitting here all dressed up waiting for my realtor to call and tell me to come out for the “walk through” Oooh. I am actually nervous and scared. But it will all go well. I am comfortably dressed and thanks to the adice of the 43things, I am bringing my own pen.
No word on if the cash I have in Escrow will cover everything or not….

And got the Homeowners set. Inexpensive this homeowners.
Yay for State Farm. Yay for TJ. I also got a liability rider for my job for a million dollars for 23 bucks a year…

Whoo Hoo.
Apparently by Tuesday night I will be a homeowner.
Best thing is I put a bunch of cash in Escrow, and forgot about it….perhaps I can get some back…and I’m giving myself the ultimate holiday gift…

I got a call from my realtor yesterday, I am closing on Dec 5th.
Yipee Kai Yay….

I got the house for 10K less than the agreed upon price due to the assessment of the hoome value, so I am very pleased, my Mortgage payments will be lots lower.
This is majorly exciting.
And I will be able to finally not have to worry so much about landlords, and can do with what I want to the house….
Now, I’d act more excited except I still have my cold…
Still by Dec 5th I’ll be able to celebrate!
