I can not even stay on the diet for a week. I can not even admagine any length of time. What is your secret???/

I’ve been on Atkins for a while now. When I’m in the car, I only listen to my atkins cassette tape, and I rarely ever eat carbs, unless it’s embarrassing or inconvenient to eat in that way in whatever situation I’m in. I think I’ve been on the diet for a month. I’m not sure. I’ve lost at least TWENTY pounds, according to some scale in the mall (I really need to invest in my own), and I feel happy. I never really cared if I lost weight or not. I just wanted to test myself, to see how long I could eat in this way. Mmmm, carb bars.
I’ve been on Atkins for over two weeks now. I can’t really tell if I’ve lost any weight, but the diet is easy, so I’m sticking with it. Mmmm, meat….
