I have two teeth that are really close together and one has a filling with a rough edge. Result: any time I shove floss in there, it gets shredded to bits and stuck between those teeth. Ew!
My hygienist suggests that, for those teeth, I can use a proxabrush (sp?), a waterpik, or a rubber pokey thing to get the part near the gums. I have a hard time remembering to have those things around, so I now have them in my desk, in my purse, and at home near my toothbrush.

Shit. I haven’t been doing that well on this thing. Sigh. And this is an easy one.

No cavities ever, but I better keep it that way. I need to remember to floss every day…

This shouldn’t be too hard… but it’s a good idea to put it in writing so that I am more likely to actually keep it up.

Today is day 4. So far it’s been 3 days in a row.
I believe some people floss/brush after every meal, but I’ve been doing it once per day.

For me to make this a habit? I have so many bad habits I think this would be easy to incorporate into my life.
But I flossed today! So go me!
