in October 2006. Unfortunately I didn’t use it much…well…in fact I didn’t use it at all. :( I’ve just joined gym again after a 6 month hiatus (6 months is probably too long to call a hiatus!). I intend to use it properly this time in my quest to lose fat and get fit.

I took a few weeks “off” from logging my food and focusing on my exercise routine. Starting today I’m back on it.
The good news is that I only gained one pound even though I wasn’t tracking my points on the WeightWatchers page. The bad news is that one pound every few weeks adds up very fast!
So I’m going to focus on getting down to 130 and see how I feel then.
I’ve even bought a bathing suit for this summer!
This week I reached my weight loss goal of “Lose 20 pounds”. I’m happy about that. My exercise routine is still very erratic. I need to focus on getting into a habit of doing something every morning. I used to do that and it improved my entire day.
This is not an auspicious start for this goal, but if it gets me to exercise regularly it will be worth it.
I do a lot of sport and enjoy it. I can do sport only for fun, not for training. And I somehow don’t like to do bookkeeping about it. So I continue to do sport but I give up this goal.
Well, I found out my test results for asthma. Turns out I do have it. I guess I had an attack when I went to the er that wednesday. So, I don’t see the doctor unitl 27th, so I have to take it as easy as my hyperactive self can. I guess, I’ll ask the gym owner his opinion. I’m going to do something Monday. I can’t stand this resting thing.
