help abused kids

My trip was cut short, due to outside circumstances. I did get to spend a day with the kids, as well as helping fix up the outdoor stage area. I wish I could’ve stayed longer. Maybe next time I’ll see if I can just stay on campus instead of crashing with friends.

I leave to help for a week at a retreat for abused kids. I’m hoping it’s something I can do on a fairly regular basis…maybe once a month or so. We’ll see. I like the thought of giving back.
