Have fun at Hogmanay

Our Hogmanay experience was a bit of a mixed bag but overall was a positive experience. Unfortunately, the main event, the street party on New Year’s Eve was cancelled due to bad weather. This was not entirely a bad thing as nobody really wants to be outside in the rain with a 110km/h (70mph) wind making it hard to stand up straight. We did take part in other Hogmanay events including the Torch Light Parade and the Night Afore street party. These events were great fun.
