Move to a new apartment

I stopped actively looking for a place to move into.
But I remained open to beautiful living opportunities :)

Somehow word got around. I’ll be moving into an awesome house in TO’s west end with a couple & their baby. We’ll be cooking together once a week & doing lots of other awesome things together. Their motto is community & they eat organic & stay active, full of positive energy just like me. I’m so blessed to have found this!

November 1st, here I come!!!

I am so proud of myself for making this decision :)

I was already accepted as a leaseholder or occupant for the new apartment, but I realized that I was not comfortable paying $240 more than my roommate for month. All because of a walk in closet and larger room? Gladly I’ll pay $100 more, but no more. I thought the rent was high because of the excellent prime city location and the great building, apartment balcony and the gym & sauna in the building. I’m not paying for room size discrepancy.

I am growing up. I will be just fine where I live now. I will learn to like it more. One day I will move to a beautiful home when the time is right. For now I’m blessed with a safe place and a good deal. I am grateful.

SO my rent is $860
My roommate pays $620
I guess it’s been that way with her previous roommates.

To me it seems like a huge price to pay for a master bedroom. The room is HUGE and the closet is awesome and a walk-in closet.

Should it matter? Should I try to change this price? Or just accept the way it is if I want to live in this apartment?

Suddenly I feel like I’m making a STUPID decision by moving to this apartment. Location and the apartment is AWESOME and just where I really want to live. But…is it worth it to pay this much?

I guess it’s a month to month lease so I could stay there for a few months and see how I feel about it. If it’s not working out, I can always move.

This is frustrating. I want to move but I hate the feeling of feeling a little scammed. you know…

I have to show proof of employment or get a garantor…

I wish I could stop being nervous about the process and just let go and trust the universe.

I’m meeting with the rental office next Tuesday morning.

We get along swimmingly well :) :) :)

If I move in, we will definitely become friends :)

Hopefully on Friday I will sign some kind of a lease agreement :) :) :) woohoooooo…the neighborhood is awesome – so centrally located – right next to the subway & close to downtown & the university! There’s a balcony, a gym in the building, laundry in the building, a walk – in closet!!!!

OMG – I want this sooo badly :)

I am willing to live with one other roommate. Location has to be more centralized.

Right now I live near the beach & it’s not TERRIBLE. Lately I feel very claustrophobic in my home. I have two roommates & we don’t gel so well. It’s so important for me to live in a place of positive energy.

I think the house is too small. I could stay here longer, but the thing is I’m miserable here right now & if moving is gonna make me happy, then I should move!!!

I’ve emailed someone about this awesome new apartment in a great neighborhood. It’s month to month & the complex has a gym. Of course rent will be $335 more than I’m paying now! I can do it for sure :) :) :)

I have two months to save up!!! So worth it though :)

My potential roommate has responded to my introductory email…We’re setting up an appointment for me to see the place!!! I’m so excited!

I wanna move from my actual apartment ‘cause mine is too big for me, on the first floor and with electric heat (expensive!!)
I guess I’ll have to wait few months before moving but I wanna move!!!!

I have to move to a new apartment with a new roommate. I need to pack! all my stuff… boy! it scares me…. I have one week time excluding the weekend.. .so I should start TODAY!!!

so i need to be closer to them also i think i’d like to try an apartment, one way or the other i need to move.
