I just realized that life is too short to waste on junk. The right strategy is not to accumulate it in the first place.
For now I think I will just buy a bigger house and use the time for more important things :)

I’ve already started listing things on my local freecycle… it feels so good to get rid of stuff that was just taking up space. We are renting at the moment and there isn’t very much storage here, not even a garage or shed! and only 1 linen cupboard…
I’ve already got rid of a vacuum with a broken hose, a scanner and my old alarm clock/radio (I got a new one for Christmas)... I highly recommend freecycle if you just want to get rid of things without causing more rubbish and ruining the environment… www.freecycle.org

I didn’t have too much junk to begin with so it didn’t take me long. I know I am running out of places to put things and I keep having to throw things out I want just to have a little bit of room to myself.
