Buy a Mac laptop

As a graphic designer it’s important to have the latest technology and using a laptop is vital at companies that require you to bring your own. Being a graphic designer usually means you work with macs, so I’ll be looking into a mac laptop that suits my needs.

i might have screwed up. :( i bought it off of craigslist and now the screen doesn’t like to show up sometimes. i’ve been trying to have people look at it to figure out what’s wrong exactly, but i might be screwed out of $500. i’ve already cried about this, but i’m trying to stay positive. things will work out somehow… right?

my new lil baby is a lil beat up… but he just needs a lil love. :) i got him for a good price, i can’t complain.

well my mac book is going to cost me $1,599 (including tax) if i get one with 2.4GHz but if i down grade to the 2.1GHz it will come to be 1,386 and these prices include a free ipod touch (before mail in rebate) [IF] i buy it before October 15th. Oi its so expansive but i’m going to work for it. that’s 2 paychecks I’ll be using on that.

I am or was a dedicated hp girl. i loved my hp laptop because it did for me what i needed but recently do to user stupidity i deleted some programs that i needed by accident (don’t ask)and there is no way i can get it fixed with out putting a few hundred dollars into it. i bought it back in 2006 and its a bit on the heavy and wide side for me since i do have to take it with me every where to get my work done. I was looking into buying a new hp laptop when i learned that apple computers don’t get viruses which just blew me away and because of that one fact I’m willing to put aside my hatred for the apple cooperation and jump on the bandwagon. i guess I’m paying for quality and so i hope to own one by the end of fall.

It has been a little bit over 24 hours since I made the big leap to the world of Mac computers. I purchased it yesterday at an Apple store in Toronto. Never in my life have I encountered such amazing customer service. I bought a white MacBook and I LOVE it. I really didn’t think I could fall in love with a machine so fast, but here I am. I think this makes me a cliche, but whatevs, I’m over it.

gorgeous design and handy in making amazing graphics. i bought my macbook a little over a year ago and my life before that was strictly pcs, and honestly i must say, mac has won my heart. i can’t go back to pcs, they just seem so cluttered. seriously worth doing! i love mine more everyday :)

I bought my first ever MacBook after never having used a mac ever inmy life before. Talk about dropping one’self in at the deep end.

I’ve decided what’s more important to me right now is a good film scanner. I can browse the internet just fine on my current laptop. That’s all I do, really. So instead, I’m getting a nice scanner that will scan my medium format film. Saves me a lot of money in the long run.
