at peace 
How I did it: I started meditating and listening to positive hypnosis (Debi Berndt). I started wearing contacts more often so people can see my face. I put my hair in twists, a hairstyle that looks natural and is easy on the hair. I started drinking more water and now my body is really showing the effects of that. I threw/donated clothes I do not like or feel sexy in and kept all the best things in my closet. Now, I have limited selection of only things I love and it makes me want to put cute earrings or whatever on, as well.
I put a little bit of make up (mascara, white pencil).
I knew I completed this goal when my SUPER judgmental and critical mother said for the first time in my life "I just wanted to tell you that... you look GORGEOUS" Read how I did it… 21 months ago
