be able to sing

I’ve always wanted to be able to sing… I have been working on it lately and I’m starting to sound better to myself, but that might just be phsycoacustics

Everyone either tends to think they can sing or can’t sing.
For me, it’s both.
I know I can sing to a degree, but I have to work on my high notes as I’m singing because I can get out of tune very easily!
I’d like to get the courage to sing in front of someone who’ll tell me honestly if I can sing or not..=]

Some people can sing, and some can’t.
I can’t.

ive been told i have a nice voice, sometimes i think otherwise. Ive been told to stop singing sometimes, that my choice of songs are annoying (usually songs from Barney or musicals.. i cant help it, theyre catchy.. or songs that i make up) but i dont know if it is actually nice.. im so scared that im like one of those overconfident contestants who sound bad in american idol.. LOL
so how do u know?
and if u dont have a nice voice.. how do u improve it?

hi my name is maddison morse iam 12 years old and i live in arlington vermont. i love to sing every time i get a chance to. i basically sing anything i know the words to and if i dont know it i listen to it till i know it.

i wanna sing to the world… and make everybody feel better….

i tried to sing…i sound terrible. Would be so cool if i could sing even if it was screamo. only reason why is because i want to get into a band my friends are making,

I am going to try out for a choir tomorrow. Or, so that is the plan. It’s not so much about making it, as it is just TRYING. you know?

some days I can really hit it! but most days, I can’t :\

Everyone tells me I have a nice voice; people tell me I have a sultry, sexy voice but never really believed them. I’ve heard this a lot so I guess there is some merit in what they’re saying. I want to be able to sing confidently in front of people and not be shy or care what anyone is thinking. I donn’t want to be ashamed of my voice anymore and be proud of it.
