So far I have made no attemp to finish this novel. It will be done sooner or later, but right now I feel that there are others goals on my list that are more importanat.

Yes, that is the name of my novel. I really wanna finish. I still have a long way to go and im starting to stray and gte distracted. I wish to publish it someday although i am only 14. I feel like it can happen someday!
I’ve been writing this novel since 8th grade, and am currently a sophomore in college. The plot is great, but I just can’t translate it into book form. I have trouble filling in the gaps, and getting finer details. So I spend that time describing things. It doesn’t make for an interesting book.
I guess my only problem is time. I’ve been thinking about doing NaNoWriMo this year, even though I’m super busy with school and work. At least it will be done…then I can go back and edit it, and not be sitting there with a terrible draft and no direction.
I’m 50,000 words into my first draft and I’ve just stopped. I’m paralyzed with feelings of editing, fixing, scrapping and restarting, just soldiering on.
I write best when I’m procrastinating. As in when I have more important things to do but I’m distracting myself. When I have nothing to do and can focus on my writing, the words don’t flow as well. Ugh! It’s so frustrating. I will keep trying though. I hope to finish my first book before I get my Bachelor degree (so in about 3 years). Until then, I will try and publish some of my finished poems. :)
I thought it was such a great idea for a novel, but I still haven’t finished.
... I just don’t know where to take the story and I’m too frustrated to continue now, unless I get some inspiration.
I sent it to my dad to edit. He did but somehow didn’t save the changes. So, he sent it back to me just as I sent it to him. He’s helped before though, and recently at that. Strange!
I’m going to have to start writing in what I call “image pieces,” and sew the pieces together later. The linear style of novel writing isn’t working for me anymore.
But yesterday, I wrote 3 pages and today I made a video about Autism Awareness that ties into my book.
Not much, but then I’m stuck right now at this point in my story. I’m glad I’m plodding on with it, though.
