that was a really bad pun, not even a pun, what would you call it (I bet Jack knows)
While not as effective as a real ab workout, it is a constant reminder to me of the work I need to do. And I do look better when I’m doing it.
I just sucked in my tummy walking through a doorway. Will it really work my stomach muscles? If it works, I’ll do it. It sounds so easy and simple!
I’ve just seen this goal on keith2b4 ’s list and am adopting it too.

Every door. Any place I make an entrance.
I have started to make a real conscious effort to do this – I guess over time the small effort will contribute a little to better abs, but it also improves my posture.
This is one of those goals I ran across on the Zeitgeist and am glad I found it!

I haven’t even written an entry for this goal yet and already I have received a cheer, from my “tea and nutella” buddy no less. I wonder if she is suggesting something ?
