I ended up in the hospital thinking I was having appendices or gall bladder problems. They admitting me over night and was talking of exploratory surgery today. Instead it ended up being ovarian cysts, one the size of a baseball. I was able to go home today. In the next breath my mom is having her lung surgery tomorrow. My mom is scared. So throwing me into the mix of being in the hospital just sent her over. Thankfully I am home and will be able to be there for her tomorrow. I will see the doctors on Friday and see how they want to proceed with these cysts. Sigh… never a dull moment 8 months ago
Monday, Aug 27th, 2012 – You may be facing two very different issues now. On one hand, you are redefining your own boundaries – and this can lead to increased isolation for a while. On the other hand, a parade of amazing revelations prevents you from slipping into self-pity. Ultimately, you’re amused by the soap opera that is your life. This is a very healthy attitude since personal growth is possible if you reduce the drama by cultivating some emotional detachment.
