I will attempt to go to the gym at least three times a week. I don’t plan to go there with the intention that I need to lose this many pounds by this time, but rather for feeling good about myself. Even though going to the gym is not my favorite activity in the world, I do feel better about myself. For me, going to the gym is more of a mental thing rather than a physical, looks based thing. Going to the gym will also help me get in shape and get toned. From going to the gym, I hope gain self esteem knowing that I am taking steps toward becoming a better me. This goal is more personal based rather than academic. I also think going to the gym will be another, healthy form of relieving stress. 4 months ago
