I figure there are better things do to. Never really gave it a chance, so I’ll just give up.

How to go to museums more often

"Just going to one museum gave me the bug to visit more."
How I did it: I had plans to go to Palm Springs with my mom for lunch, so I told her I wanted to go the art museum out there, too. On Palm Canyon Drive, there are also a ton of art galleries to visit as well. We went to the PSAM, I paid her entrance fee and we split up and looked at amazing art for two hours after lunch.
Lessons & tips: Find out where your local museums and galleries are and go. If you're going out of town, plan to make a museum or gallery part of your trip. Just go.

this weekend i am bringing meg and chloe to the natural history museum to see the exhibit featuring GIANT ROBOTIC INSECTS! im seriously so excited. woooooot!
a necessity

over the holidays i went to the AGO and saw the catherine the great exhibit with dawn and my mum. it was FANTASTIC! also, me and patrick went to the ROM to see the new exhibits which were very cool.
this is a necessity because i want to get more experience in museums for museum studies. i need to volunteer!

One would think that living in the Washington, DC area with all of the Smithsonian museums located within 15 minutes of my home, I’d get there more often.
