But I have noticed that the healthiest, and thinnest people I know take a long time to eat, and seem to spend a lot of time pushing their food around the plate a lot. I, on the other hand tend to aspire my food. Many times, the food is gone before I even realized whether I liked it or not. I am always the first one to finish eating. So for the next month, I plan to play with my food. I will push it around, and chew it a lot, which is a related and separate thing on my list.
