i did this with ubuntu 7.10 and it was terrible. i hate linux-reinstalled xp within 2 days use 5 years ago

had to jump through some hoops to get two partitions in which to install each OS, but once that was done … fairly painless. I now have a laptop with dual-boot Windows XP and Suse Linux 9.3 7 years ago

I need to retain Windoze for mapping/GPS stuff so I’d like to resize the XP partition and get Suse 9.3 on the other half. Got the tools to do it … just need the time and guts to do it :) 7 years ago
