How to learn to use my digital camera
How I did it: My local public library offered a free class to the public. My husband and I both took the class which was in the library's computer lab. We took all kinds of photos. Then we learned how to upload them to Flickr, send them as email attachments, and file them on our home computer.
Lessons & tips: Check out your public library or adult education classes at your local community college for free or inexpensive classes.

it doesn’t make me a better photographer,
which is a shame, but I still love taking photos all the same
Recently taken- gorgeous Autumn leaves

I have started reading the guide and playing with the camera too, it has so many options and little groovy things it can do,
So cool
I took some pictures here and there over the last 6 months… and yesterday I actually uploaded them to my Photobucket! Yea!
Oh, and I went and got a memory card too…
Now I just need to start taking more pictures!

I have the guide to using my camera on my desk amoungst other things to do for at least a year now, Perhaps I should just do it and then I will know what all the buttons and switches on my camera do,
a long time since I made an entry. It’s time to remove this goal!! I’ve learned to use my digital camera. Actually, it’s another one, different from my original entry. We bought it about 9 months ago. I love it and I’m so glad I have it.
My Dad bought me a fantastic camera for christmas, 10 mega pixals and a 2 gig SD card. It would be a shame not to be able to use it properly. Now I just need the time to practice (and study the manual in detail).
My boyfriend gave me an awesome digital camera for Christmas. It has lots of pixels and a big memory card. I have been playing around with it some but only while sitting in my living room so no great shots yet. But I am excited to learn how to use my very own digital camera!
I had never seen a beach made entirely of shells before. I really like how this picture turned out and I’m using it as my desktop now.
Okay, I really want to buy my OWN digital camera but until then I should learn to use my boyfriend’s since he doesn’t mind. I want to learn how to take good pictures and upload them so I can document my life and create interesting handouts/slides for my students.
