play the guitar again

I’ve not played for two years. Its time to start again

My dad gave me guitar lessons when I was 14. I haven’t played since 2003 (because dad pawned it without my permission). My husband has an acoustic guitar that his parents gave him several Christmases ago that has never been played. I got an electronic tuner and attempted to tune it. 2 minutes later it sounded awful. I let it set over night and tried again. I need to get new strings.

I’m surprised how much I remember. My dad (currently 3,000 miles from me) bought me another one, I need to harrass him into fed exing it to me.

I broke a string almost immediately, but I didn’t let it get me. I simply got a new set. Gonna put them on tonight. I also did some research on On Line Classes. Found some good and reasonable classes. Gonna get started tonight.

ı am playing guitar since ı was 9..But 2 months ago ı lended my guitar to my boy friend.. and then we separated.. ı couldn’t take it back.. It was such a good quality guitar.. Now i need a new one. And ı don’t know how to find enough money to buy it…

I used to play the guitar as a little boy (the classic way,.. which was not too great fun)... I really want to develop decent skills,... a bit more into the rocking direction!
