How to graduate from law school
It made me
 "Well, I never, ever want to have to do that again. But, I'm really glad I did it."
How I did it: Hard work & long nights. And, beer... Lots of beer. I like to make outlines & then condense them down again & again & again. That way, by the end of the semester, you have a 4 page keyword outline to go over & you're already gone over & processed & digested & work with/through the material 3-4 times. Lessons & tips: Study groups. Friends whose opinions & brains you trust. Resources: addall.com - Searches the Interwebs for the lowest prices on books. Damn helpful for textbooks. |

Well, this goal is about three years off, but it’s certainly underway, as I’ve sent all my forms in and am officially heading to law school in the fall.
This means I’ll be moving soon, getting my schedule in about 3 weeks, and then in less than 2 months, it will truly all begin with a week-long orientation.
I’m excited to begin, but realize that it’s going to be a lot of hard work.

I am in the 2nd semester of my 2nd year now. I am actually ahead hours-wise because I took classes last summer. After this semester, I will have all my requirements complete except for hours. I also need one more class and a clinic to finish my optional concentration in advocacy and dispute resolution.
I’m looking forward to it. Ten weeks of this, then I’m d o n e.
I just started my first year 6 weeks ago. My first exam is in one week. It’s the very beginning but I’m determined to finish on top.

I have 1 semester of my law degree!!!! YAY! I’ve been at uni for 6 years and finally there is light at the end of the tunnel.
I’m not really sure if I want to practice law even though I have accepted articles for next year but I’m just glad that I am finishing something that I started.

I start my last year of law school in three days. It has been an amazing and lucky journey, and I will be glad when it is over and I begin my new career. Being an attorney will be my second career, so I am anxious to get back into a professional place.
I graduate in a little under a year. I am so excited! I remember when i first started how terrified I was! Now I am so close I can taste it! I can’t wait to be done with school. I so want to start living my life. I feel like my life has been on hold forever because I’ve been in school forever. of course I still have to pass the bar which is going to be grueling. But after that I”m finished! Except for CLE courses (continuing legal education), which I am required to take and are just seminars that last an hour or two, I won’t be doing any more schoolin’, no-siree-Bob.
Dude, I am finally feeling like I finished! :P Now, just need to study for the Bar. :P
