A lifestyle change I’m going thru has lead me to put milk in my coffee (still lots of sugar though!)... in Canada, our big coffee shop is Tim Horton’s & I live in the city where the 1st one was & there seems to be one – no joke – every 3 blocks! & they use 18% fat cream! I cut the cream down, cheeses, & breads & have lost quite a few pounds (sorry but I’m exercising too!)

...per day. I’m very chosy about when I have it – so I mat RELISH it. But still very tough! Lots o’ water!!!!
K, still on coffee (2-3 a day but not X large like I did before) but I have changed the add ins… no longer double cream – one cream, one milk. Sounds weird but I heard someone else order it & I tried it & I’ve adjusted. Next I will try to cut back on the SUGAR… maybe try to do half sugar & half sweetener???

... at least compared to getting a job (have an interview on the 9th!) and learning accounting software, but VERY important in my lifestyle change going on. I have been exercising, I mean sweating hard aerobics/running, 4 – 5 times a week, for 3+ months now.
Caffiene is just bad for nerves, stomach, etc. never mind the crazy fat in the cream (Tim Horton’s uses 18% fat cream, OMG!)... sooo it needs to be done but I’m truly addicted like I was with nicotine. BUT I quit smoking over 10 years ago so I CAN DO THIS!
I just hate caffiene headaches.

I’m in school and working a combined 72 hours a week. I’m around a bunch of chemicals and I hardly see the sun while I’m in school, thank goodness I only have another 6 weeks or so. I think I’ll be smart and keep the coffee for the next several weeks. Check back later!

I don’t know why, but this was really easy. I’m down to less than a cup a day, and I haven’t had any problems. I guess it was the right time.
