I’ve done this to

-let runners cross

-direct traffic at a check point;

-let my children and wife cross the way;

-help rescue a turtle which was on the highway. I had to stop in the middle of the road so no other vehicle would kill the turtle. I then helped it cross before returning to my truck.

I think perhaps one tactic to protest the lack of mass transit is to blockade an expressway before rush hour. But there should be a banner stating why the highway is being blockaded. Be prepared to do some time in jail and maybe pay a hefty fine.

My recommended method would be to either pull an old truck or bus cross-ways to the traffic, pull out the starter and maybe flatten the tires. Or use large tires rolled into the highway to create instant obstacles. This could be supplemented with concrete blocks, orange traffic barrels and other barriers improvised or well built.

Do not block traffic just to create an annoyance. Know that there is a purpose to what you are doing, or don’t do it at all. Anarchy for its own sake is meaningless. Read Bakunin and the other 19th century anarchists. Anarchy should be to deconstruct a corrupt of seriously flawed society or state. Anarchy should have as its intended consequence the sharing of community and life, not the destruction of anything without a vision of a better tomorrow.

the weekend of Jennie’s b-day, i sat on her hubby’s motorcycle & he took a couple of pics. they came out great too!
there were at least 12 cars that just stopped to stare! LOL
all i can say is: i’m glad there wasn’t any accidents!

my friend’s daughter. She is so beautiful, that there was an accident right in front of her, as men rubbernecked and took their eyes off the road. When you go out with her, you’d better bring your healthy ego, or you’d be crushed by the stampede of men trying to get to her. All she has to do is walk down the street. Statuesque, long blonde hair, blue eyes, killer smile.

Here’s what I have learned from her about being so stunning: She can never trust a person to like her for her. She is almost instantly hated by any woman she meets, because they are jealous of her, therefore has very few girlfriends. She still picks herself apart, even though she wakes up looking like a model. There is an insight there I couldn’t get within myself.
