Get a composting system

It’s easy and it’s good for the planet. What more do you need to know? There are heaps of books in the library and information online giving full instructions. Trust me; it’s simple.

Originally the goal was to have my own compost in my own garden as a way to use up food scraps etc but seeing as I have given up on goals re the garden and I have been consistently passing said scraps to a friend for her composting for over 3 months now, I have got a system that works for both of us!

I think this is being more true to myself that forcing me to do something in my own garden when I have no interest in using the compost I create anyway.

I have a system of sorts. I’m currently gathering my compostables in a big container in the fridge and taking it round to a friend who is desperately seeking compost materials for her garden. I suspect this will work well as an interim measure until I feel safer using my own garden.
