How interesting it is to see how we are all pretentious in this little room. It’s like a battle—> who is more convincing in portraying their ideal self? Who can get to uncover the other true self? Is the company has the ‘future’ they are talking about? Is this guy in his carefully ironed shirt can really deliver what he said?

Usually i spent much more time in the interview room than anyone else and it is interesting. We talk and talk and talk and this is the only time when I talk and people actually 100 % focus and listen. Like meeting new friends and and we are trying to impress each other. Employee to the future employer, employer to the future subordinates. It is so pretentious and so cool.
