I want rowing yesterday on a concept2 indoor rower, and did about 3,000 meters in 15 minutes. I counted it as a warm-up before my swim. It was a productive workout, and my swim went well too.

I want to start rowing 3 days a week, to build muscular strength and endurance. Also, I want to start a hobby that will be easy on the joints and something I can do for years and years. Until recently I’ve been more of a runner, but I’m starting to learn what that can do to your body when you get older. I’m excited about this, and hope to pair up my rowing with swimming, and see how it goes.
ladybird tommorow is another day.
my first rowing session was 30.3.2005 after 20 years of wishing! it is so good to make dream true! and my coach is absolutly magnificent! now i only need to learn how to row…
i rowed since then 3 months twice a week, first in double with coach, then in quad with boys, and when they grow too strong for me, one girl and i (both for the first time) rowed in double, it was great!
