I just can’t – every time I do this, I wake up with EXTREMELY low blood sugar after the fasting days… this was fine for me in high school, etc – because I was pretty depressed back then and I didn’t care so much about damaging my body… but now I’m a lot more happy/content, and it freaks me out to wake up and almost faint.
Technically, I have completed this goal since setting it, but I don’t really count a run of 5 days.

I fasted every other day for three to four months without fail in 2003, eating only a meal and a half on days I did eat. Was on the “caloric restriction” fast, less calories, longer life. Lost 30-40 pounds, was then put in the psych hospital and put on a regular diet.
Would like to fast every other day for eternity, starting sometime soon but I get too much flack from other people when I do it. If humans didn’t need to eat, If humans didn’t have the biological necessity of eating, I’d never, ever, eat.
