my weight around 2 months ago was 100 kg. now, after did diet for 2 months, struggled so much also, i have lost around 10 kg. my goals is before end of this December 2008, i have to be slim. at least my weight under 60 kg.
what i am doing, taking only one time meal in a day. doing exercise, mostly walking at every days. at least in a day, i have to do walking around 30 minutes. and that’s what i am doing until i can reduced that 20lbs. So, i will keep doing this. more and more. because i realized now, i likes it so much “Walking”.
Gonna increase the walking a lot!
I’m exactly 79.5 kgs (measured on 25th Dec ‘07). I want to reduce exactly 9.5 kgs in the next 30 days. So Jan 25th, I should be at about 70 kgs.
Steps to take -
1. Use the treadmill for 40 mins everyday morning and run a minimum of 3 kms.
2. No more than 1 dish of sweets per day for the next 30 days
3. No more than 1 aerated drinks or alcohol per week
4. Drink lots and lots of water
5. No more than 1 portion of rice and 3 chapatis
6. Lunch at office is only fruits
7. No snacks in the middle of the day
8. No more than 3 cups of tea/coffee in a day
What a relieve…..i will receive my bike tommorrow at noon…i will start my journey to reduce my weight tomorrow and i will set up a schedule for using it efficiently.
As shared before i just bought a recumbent bike for my daily exercise goal.
The retailer said they will sent it by 15/6….so got another week to wait…arggggghhhhhh….why so late…..have to maintain my motivation….don’t give up…...
Glad to get the bike at half the price….it’s a display bike and stil have original waraanty…thus no worriees….

i just bought a recumbent bike for my daily exercise. Anybody had any experience on using this bike…can u share.
my weight now is about 90KG…For my size, it is considered obese….Hope can achieve my target by December 2007.
