audio_artist is staying up too late

jogging and weights 15 months ago

ive been jogging on average twice a week for about the last month

plus doing weights occasionally

id like to get this up to 3 or more times a week and keep increasing the weights

im very skinny and dont like my body so hope this will help put some kind of muscle on it

im vegetarian but eating eggs after workouts is my way of getting enough protein
