This is a habit now, though i bail maybe one week in 3 or 4. Leaving it unaccomplished for a bit longer to try to change that.
Have learned it’s all about the shopping; if i have ingredients, i cook; if i don’t, i don’t. Buy ingredients! Bonus corollary: buying lots more fruit—> eating lots more fruit.

This was (is) really easy to do so far, and i think it’s because of a couple of simple things:
-buying enough food that i either have to do this or throw things out
-not having a social life for the last couple of weeks.
The first will be easy to keep doing. The latter, not so much.
I’ll mark this complete as soon as i’ve gone another month AND managed to reintegrate lots of going out back into my weekly routine.

weekdays, here, means Monday-Thursday. I cook on weekends, i cook big meals on sundays. I rarely bother with simple, good food for myself on weeknights, but am always glad when i do.
There may need to be other goals around “eat big midafternoon snacks” and “have ingredients on hand” to make this happen.
