Was of Jack skellington, and all-in-all it took me about a year to get. The first part was figuring out which of his costumes I wanted to get it done in. After that was figured out I had to face the hard part, what it was gonna look like. For that I chose the final design because of the fact that it was looking back, and I ended up getting the tattoo as a reminder that hindsight is 20/20, and to remember that no matter what happens I can make it through (and if I don’t, I’m dead so nobody’ll tell me I didn’t make it through :D). But once I got the general idea down I went to a friend of mine who just so happens to be an artist and I had her draw me up the sketch that is now my right calf. It hurt, a lot, but I plan on getting some more of the cast on me including going back to the same tattoo artist to have Sally adorn my left leg this coming spring break.
