Get my toungue pierced

I am about to turn 18 on aug 26. Hopepuly then i will get my toungue pierced, if not my toungue then at least something

haha really, i thought that it word hurt and all i can say is that people that have their ears pierced could easily deal with this.

it doesnt hurt at all while its being done (less than a pinch) the only part is your healing….your tongue swells a bit and you have trouble eating after its done healing (hard to tell whats food and whats your piercing) but now its like its not even there and i can play with it all the time.

go for it, absolutely no downside. just rinse with water after eating or smoking for at least 4 or 5 days until it heals.

Wow well i finally went and got my tongue done!! GO ME!!
I only got it done on the 23/02/07, its still a bit funny as it is going through the healing process cant wait 2 b able to change the bar the one i have now is HUGE!!!!
I think any1 who wants it should get cause suprisingly enough it wasnt sore!

I really really really want to get my tongue pierced.
I dont think i have the guts cause 1-i dont like 2 much pain and 2-i dont like needles. Am also really scared of it swelling so much i cant breathe!!
Please help me!!!
Oh and roughly how much did it cost??!!!

I got it done some time in febuary.
Well worth it.

If you get it numbed. Theres no pain AT ALL.
And the healing process aint that bad.

I got my tongue pierced the day after Christmas. It cost only $25 at Sacred Ink. The guy that peirced my tongues his name was Pete. He seemed pretty nice. I had to stick out my tongue and keep it that way for like 10 minutes. It sounds easy but it’s hard when your mouth dries out within like a minute and you want to swallow so your mouth isn’t so dry. Anyways it didn’t really even hurt. But yea everytime i had a cigarette forl ike 2 weeks after that, i had to wash out my mouth with mouthwash. I also had to do that after every time i ate also. It sucked because i bought a bunch of chocolate that night and i couldnt eat any of it for like 2 weeks.ggrrr… But yea now i’m working on getting a tattoo… ;-)

My tongue swelled up and hurt constantly for 3 days. However, it was pretty cool after wards. I would do it again.

Iv always wanted my toungue pierced. Iv been told i would look really hot with it pierced. I cant do it yet because im required to talk alot at work and id have to take it out. Bye the time id try to put it back in the hole would close. I already have 3 piercings. 2 in my left ear and 1 in my right. So i think a toungue ring would add to the collection very well.
